Women networks - even sororities - are not just for drinking tea (or wine).

This year marks the 4th lustrum of the sorority LUNA which I joined during my BA studies at University College Utrecht. What started as just a group of friends has grown to become an organisation of nearly 200 women - and counting!

The lustrum kick-off was a fantastic career day.

Yes, there was wine. And champagne. But also inspiring workshops. Stimulating networking sessions. And the best ingredient: affection all around.

We don’t all know each other. But being woman, and being part of this sorority, was enough to create a wonderfully warm atmosphere. Open. Kind.

Like you wish every career event would be.
