You are either confident, or not. Right? Wrong.

Confidence is a puzzle.
Confidence is partly situational: with the same knowledge and experience, we can be confident in one situation but not in the next.
Confidence is partly emotional: it’s a state of mind, a feeling.
Confidence is partly physical: it’s a feeling in your stomach, but also your posture, your gaze, your facial expressions, your smile.
Confidence is partly memorized: it is shaped by people and situations from the past.
Confidence is partly perception: a person who appears extremely confident to you, might not be!
Confidence is created: you can learn to be more confident. You can train your confidence-muscle.
In our Women in Business programme cohorts, we match the pieces of the confidence puzzle, and stretch confidence levels bit by bit.
We’re starting a new programme in December and still have 2 spots left. Get in touch!
